Order Status - Pegasus Associates Lighting

 

Online Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us using our web site, the last page of the checkout process contains a summary of your order information and your Online Order Number. Please print this page for your records.

 

Confirmation Email

Within 1 business day of placing your order, either online or by phone, you will receive an email with additional order details. This will include your Invoice Number confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed.

 

Shipping Information Email

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email providing links to track your package(s).

 

Questions About Your Order

If at any time you have questions about your order, please use our convenient Contact Us form and refer to your Online Order Number or your Invoice Number. Generally, we will be able to email information about the status of your order to you within 1 business day.

 

Multiple Shipments

On occasion the various parts of a particular order may be shipped from two or more warehouse locations. Thus, if you should receive only part of your order, this may be the explanation. Before calling us about this please check your most recent order status email. If you cannot find this information in any of your emails, please use our convenient Contact Us form or call our toll-free number, 800.392.4818.

 

Shipping Schedule

We strive to ship every order within 1-2 business days; however, this cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to receive your order faster, please select the appropriate UPS shipping service when you are using our online checkout process. Please note, however, that if we receive your order after 2:00 PM EST it cannot ship until the next business day. We are very sorry but we do not ship any order to be received via UPS-Saturday Delivery. Typically we need 1-2 business days to update your tracking information into your Shipping Information Email.
