Shipping Schedule

We strive to ship every order within 1-2 business days; however, this cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to receive your order faster, please select the appropriate UPS shipping service when you are checking out. Please note, however, that any order received after 2:00 PM EST cannot ship until the next business day. We are very sorry but we do not ship any order to be received via UPS-Saturday delivery. Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup by the Shipper, you will receive an Order Status email with tracking information. Please note that we do not ship on the following 8 holidays because UPS does not work on these days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Cost of Shipping

The cost to ship your order will be added to the Subtotal to obtain the Total Amount Due.

Shipping Methods

• UPS Ground
  Least expensive. Delivery in 1-5 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing), Monday through Friday. Get guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery for commercial and residential shipments. Available for delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
• UPS 3-Day Select^SM
  Somewhat Expensive. Delivery by end of the third business day (plus 1-2 business days for processing), Monday through Friday. Choose this guaranteed service for your less time-sensitive shipments. Available for delivery to the 48 contiguous states.
• UPS 2-Day Air®
  Expensive. Delivery by the end of the second business day (plus 1-2 business days for processing), Monday through Friday. Select this alternative to overnight shipping when you have the flexibility to allow an extra day. Available for delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii where some locations require additional transit time.
• UPS Next-Day Air Saver®
  Very Expensive. Delivery guaranteed by next-day afternoon (plus 1-2 business days for processing), Monday through Friday.
  Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively.
  Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.
  Next-Day Air Saver Commercial and Residential delivery available to the 48 contiguous states. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day
• UPS Next-Day Air®
  Most Expensive. Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination (plus 1-2 business days for processing), Monday through Friday. Available for delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
• Common Carrier (a nationwide trucking company)
  Most of our shipments are made via UPS. However, if an order is particularly large, we may use a "common carrier".
• USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service)
  If you would like us to use USPS Priority Mail (because, for example, you live in Hawaii or Alaska), please call us at our toll-free number, 800.392.4818, to request this service.

Multiple Shipments

On occasion the various parts of a particular order may be shipped from two or more warehouse locations. When this happens we will give you advanced notification of this through the various Order Status emails that we send to you. Thus, if you should receive only part of your order, this may be the explanation. Before calling us about this please check your most recent Order Status email.
