Please Examine Your Order As Soon As Possible  

Please carefully examine all of the packages delivered to you just as soon as you can.  The sooner you detect a problem or a concern, the sooner we can assist you.

Incorrect Orders 

If your order was sent incorrectly, please call us at 800.392.4818 or email us at Sales@PegasusAssociates.com. Incorrect orders include orders that are missing parts or are not the right size, the right color, the right wattage, etc.

Damaged Goods 

If the shipper has damaged the merchandise, please call us (800.392.4818), email us at Sales@PegasusAssociates.com, or fax us at 724.846.8833 immediately. Then please be sure to repack the item(s) using all of the original packing materials. We will contact the shipper for you and have the item picked up from you. We, of course, will also send you a replacement as soon as possible.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Since we are committed to your satisfaction you have 30 full days to examine your order and determine if you would like to keep it. If you can part with your new Pegasus Associates Lighting product and would like a complete refund excluding the cost of shipping, then please follow these 3 simple steps to avoid any Restocking Fee.

No Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee will be assessed on returned orders if you follow these 3 simple steps.

1) Like New - Please be sure the returned items are in "factory fresh" condition and in their original packaging.

2) Within 30 Days - Please return the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

3) RGA# - Please always remember to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) in advance by using our convenient online RGA form.

If these 3 simple guidelines are followed, you will receive a complete refund excluding the cost of shipping. Otherwise, we are very sorry but we will have to charge a Restocking Fee of 10%-30%. The amount of this charge will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be directly related to your use of an RGA#, how quickly the material is returned, and the condition of the returned material. Thank you very much for your cooperation in minimizing our return losses and maximizing our service to you.

Custom-Made or Special Orders 

We are very sorry but custom-made items or special items may not be returned. Thank you for understanding our need to establish this important guideline.
