Lowest Price Protection Policy

If within 30 days of your purchase from Pegasus Associates Lighting, you find the identical product advertised for less by one of our online competitors, we will match that price and refund 10% of the price difference to you.

• Please note that our low price guarantee applies only to the exact same item with the same styling and options and with the same product SKU from the same manufacturer. Comparison products must be factory firsts. The online competitor must also be an authorized dealer of the product represented. The price must be from a published source and/or you must have a written quote from a competitor. This offer does not include wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below-wholesale-cost pricing. Sorry, no dealers. Pegasus Associates Lighting reserves the right to beat any price and limit quantities.
• This Lowest Price Protection Policy cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, pricing offer, manufacturer rebate, closeout or clearance pricing, bulk quantity items or typographical print errors.
• Price adjustments are determined by the selling price of the item. Shipping costs and sales tax will not be included in the calculation. Pegasus Associates Lighting reserves the right to determine whether the competitor’s products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison. Pegasus also reserves the right to not sell any product below its cost.
• Pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies can only be matched, not beaten by 10% of the difference. For example, this Lowest Price Protection Policy does not apply to Westinghouse brand products. Other restrictions may apply.
• To receive the benefits of our Lowest Price Protection Policy, please collect the following information:

a) the name and the URL web address of the online competitor,

b) the URL web address of the competitor’s advertised price or a written quote from the competitor,

c) your name, email address, and phone number,

d) your order number and/or a complete description of the product.

Then fax this information to 724.846.8833. We will notify you by email of any price adjustment. Please allow up to four weeks for refund processing.
